Located in Fairfax County, VA, Vienna has been on the 100 Best Places to Live if this gives you an idea of how well rounded this area is. This 15,000 plus town has charm and easy access to transportation, roads and restaurants and entertainment for all ages. Living here is the best of all worlds with great schools, nearby Wolf Trap and Tysons Malls, as well as the constant activity of nearby DC.


Located west of Washington DC, Tysons has Oakton, VA, to the south and up and coming Tysons Corner to the east. Some parts of Vienna are bordered by Wolf Trap Park for the Performing Arts, which is also a national park. Vienna has a mix of charming neighborhoods with Victorian homes as well as new construction. And the Vienna Metro gets you into downtown DC in no time making commuting a breeze.

A great attraction in the area is the old W O and D railway tracks that have been redesigned to be a bike and walking trail.
