Mission District

Widely popular for its grit and mix of cultures

The Mission Dolores area is the most sought after neighborhoods and is a very popular neighborhood for many of the new residents in San Francisco. The Mission is one of San Francisco’s most vibrant areas! It is in no way calm and is full of new hot restaurants and great night life. and although it one of the most popular areas right now, some streets can be down right gritty. The Mission has a very large Mexican, and Central American population, who are now sharing their neighborhood with the young and the techy. This mix of cultures has created a real gold mine for creative concepts in dining and entertainment that will continue to bring people in to the area for years to come.

The Mission is Located in the South East part of San Francisco, close to highway 101 and 280 making travel to the Peninsula and South Bay easily. Located in the center of the city, its neighbors are Potrero Hill to the east, Bernal heights to the south, Castro to the west and South of Market to the north. With so many great neighborhoods surrounding it, as well as the popularity of this neighborhood itself, The Mission is so much fun!
